The BEST Crock Pot Pulled Chicken

You are going to want to make this super moist, full of flavor, easy set and forget meal for those busy weeknight dinners! This Crock Pot Pulled Chicken is one of my favorite crock pot meals.

I am always looking for quick and easy recipes that I can throw together during the week for dinners. Now, I don’t know about you but the crock pot is seriously my best friend. Sometimes I feel like I should own 3 so I can have breakfast, lunch and dinner all cooking themselves at the same time.

Chicken is my go-to meat when I search for recipes. Yes it gets old but we buy in bulk from Costco so we always have chicken in the freezer. The usual grilled chicken or baked chicken just wasn’t cutting it so I came across this recipe on familyfreshmeals.com and decided to give it a shot. THE BEST DECISION! If you like pulled pork, then you will LOVE this recipe! Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Instructions
  1. Lightly season chicken breast with some sea salt (just a small pinch) and place in your crock pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour sauce mixture over chicken, cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours
  4. Once the chicken is cooked thoroughly, either serve the breast whole, or shred with meat shredders. If shredding, recover and let cook in sauce for about 10-15 more minutes to soak up all of the awesome flavor. (I highly recommend shredding!)
  5. Serve on hamburger buns topped with coleslaw. Enjoy!
